Virtual Lands End to John o'Groats - Part 7

I finish the week having just crossed Hollins Cross on the Great Ridge (that would have killed me in real life).  10.4 miles completed tonight.  I've managed 53.08 miles this week, over 3 hours and 41 minutes.   I have now completed 468.13 miles of my virtual bike ride to John o'Groats.  Only another 710.87 miles to go.

Need to get fit...

I'm a sad bugger. I like data and statistics, so I've knocked together a nice spreadsheet to record my progress on my newly purchased exercise bike. It automatically adds up what I've done each day/week so I can make sure I'm reaching my weekly target. I've only done 8.86km over 25 minutes (and that nearly killed me), but I'm starting slow and easy to begin with.
