Time flies

My pointless 'How far are we into 2024' spreadsheet is telling me that we've reached the 10% mark.  Yep, that's a tenth of 2024 completed already.  I don't know about you, but this year is flying past too quickly.

Virtual Lands End to John o'Groats - Part 2

My virtual bike ride from Lands End to John o'Groats has seen me travel an additional 38.07 miles this week, and it has taken me 2 hours and 19 minutes to do so.  In total, I have ridden 145.93 miles (over 9 hours 47 minutes), and I have now reached the town of Crediton in Devon.  I should be further but I had an issue with the bike which meant I wasn't able to use it for nearly two weeks.  All is good again, and I'm back on track.

Come on Michelle Wilson...  When are you going to start?  😃

Game Covers - Last Ninja 2 (Commodore 64)

Once beaten, but not destroyed, the evil Shogun Kunitoki used all his mystic powers to transport himself through time and establish a new empire of tyranny in modern day Manhattan.

In fear of Kunitoki's growing powers, the arcane gods used all their wisdom to bring you, the Last Ninja, across the abyss of time and confront your arch-enemy once more.

You arrive in this frightening and awesome modern world bringing nothing with you save your intelligence, skill and cunning and a burning desire for vengeance.

Will this be the final battle? Can you vanquish Kunitoki once and for all?

Now That's What I Call Stuart's Favourite Music 83 - Pet Shop Boys - I'm With Stupid

I've always liked this great track by the Pet Shop Boys.  It was released as a single from their ninth studio album, Fundamental back in 2006, and it peaked at number 8 in the UK charts.

The accompanying music video features Little Britain stars David Walliams and Matt Lucas pretending to be the Pet Shop Boys, with Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe bound to their seats and forced to watch.

A great tune.
